My name is Michael W. de Man
I'm a Brazilian Dutch with a passion for cooking. At first I cooked for survival, but as time was passing I learned that cooking is one of the things I most like to do.
Together with my family and friends, I feel really happy with my knifes in my hands and my pans in the fire.
One of the most rewarding things in life is knowing that someone really likes something that you invented and / or cooked.
The kitchen is the sanctuary of the cook, in this place you should always have the due respect and attention.
