Carne Assada
Carne assada (literally "roasted meat"), is a typical Brazilian culinary dish made in the pressure cooker. Very easy to make and very tasty, usually eaten with rice and beans.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 piece eyeround of approximately 2 kg
- 2 tablets of meat broth
- 2 tablets of bacon broth
- 100 ml Worcestershire sauce (or more to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 small chopped onion
- Parsley and chives to taste
- 500 ml of water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Put everything in a large pressure cooker, cover and let cook for 40 minutes
- Open the pan and turn the meat, let it cook capped for another half hour approximately
