Feijão Carregado

One of the best known food in Brazil is feijoada, in this dish I make beans with a lot of meat, but without reaching the point of a feijoada. It is a dish that I made every week for my children, strong, healthy and tasty.

  • 200g bacon

  • 1 tablet of bacon broth
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash the beans well
  2. Wash all the meats to take off the maximum of the external salt
  3. Separate the ribs
  4. Cut the sausage into slices
  5. Cut the dried meat into cubes
  6. Cut the bacon into cubes
  7. Sauté the garlic together with the bacon
  8. Add the other ingredients and cover with water (put the peeled and whole onion)
  9. take to the fire in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes
  10. check if the beans are cooked and soft
