Feijão Carregado
One of the best known food in Brazil is feijoada, in this dish I make beans with a lot of meat, but without reaching the point of a feijoada. It is a dish that I made every week for my children, strong, healthy and tasty.
INGREDIENTS
- 1kg of black beans
- 200g of salted pork rib
- 200g of calabrese sausage
- 200g of jerked beef
- 200g bacon
- 1 tablet of picanha broth
- 1 tablet of bacon broth
- 1 large onion
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Wash the beans well
- Wash all the meats to take off the maximum of the external salt
- Separate the ribs
- Cut the sausage into slices
- Cut the dried meat into cubes
- Cut the bacon into cubes
- Sauté the garlic together with the bacon
- Add the other ingredients and cover with water (put the peeled and whole onion)
- take to the fire in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes
- check if the beans are cooked and soft
