Guacamole

Guacamole  is an avocado-based dip, spread, or salad first developed by the Aztecs in what is now Mexico

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 large seedless tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic well-kneaded
  • 1 packet cilantro
  • 1 chilli pepper without seeds
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Knead the avocado with a fork, add the puffed garlic, lemon juice, salt and olive oil to taste and mix like a puree
  2. Chop the onion, tomato and cilantro
  3. Chop the pepper well
  4. Add chopped ingredients to avocado puree

* Serve with chips, crackers, tacos, on the burrito or even along with rice and beans
