Ice Cream Pudding
Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food typically eaten as a snack or dessert.
History of ice creams probably begun around 500 BC in the Achaemenid Empire with ice combined with flavors to produce summertime treats

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chocolate powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup water
- 400ml milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cream
DIRECTIONS
- Add the chocolate powder, sugar and water
- Bring to low heat until thick
- Pour into a pudding form and reserve
- Separate the whites from the egg yolks and reserve
- Add the milk, the condensed milk and the yolks
- Take to the fire stirring until boiling
- Pour into a bowl and let cool
- Beat the egg whites in snow
- To the yellow cream you made, add the cream and the whites in snow, mixing until obtaining a homogeneous mass
- Pour into the pudding form
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours
- Remove and serve
