Ice Cream Pudding

Ice cream is a sweetened frozen food typically eaten as a snack or dessert.
History of ice creams probably begun around 500 BC in the Achaemenid Empire with ice combined with flavors to produce summertime treats .

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 400ml milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the chocolate powder, sugar and water
  2. Bring to low heat until thick
  3. Pour into a pudding form and reserve
  4. Separate the whites from the egg yolks and reserve
  5. Add the milk, the condensed milk and the yolks
  6. Take to the fire stirring until boiling
  7. Pour into a bowl and let cool
  8. Beat the egg whites in snow
  9. To the yellow cream you made, add the cream and the whites in snow, mixing until obtaining a homogeneous mass
  10. Pour into the pudding form
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours
  12. Remove and serve
