Kabocha no Sarada
Kabocha no Sarada (カボチャのサラダ), is a pumpkin salad. Kabocha is a type of winter squash, a Japanese variety of the species Cucurbita maxima
INGREDIENTS
- Kabocha (Japanese Pumpkin) - 500g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Oil
- Vinegar - 3 to 4 tablespoons
- Salt - little
- Black pepper - little
- Aji no Moto - little
DIRECTIONS
- Remove the seeds and fibers of the pumpkin, cut into slices in the thickness of 2 cm.
- Peel garlic and knead.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the pumpkin and the garlic, cover and let fry over a low heat.
- Uncover the frying pan, fry in high heat stirring the frying pan until the liquid is dry.
- Prepare the sauce in another bowl (salt, vinegar, black pepper, Aji-no-moto). Add the fried pumpkins and mix well.
