Milanese Steak
Milanese steak is a breaded steak that comes from the cuisine of Italy, which has become popular in most Latin American countries, made from traditionally veal steaks seasoned and fried in hot oil after being breaded with beaten eggs and flour.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg of steak knuckle, rump or mignon
- 3 eggs beaten
- breadcrumbs
to taste
- wheat flour to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt to taste
- nutmeg to taste
- black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Season the steaks to taste and reserve
- In a deep dish, beat the eggs until a homogeneous mixture
- Separate the breadcrumbs
and wheat flour in different dishes
- Mix the nutmeg in the breadcrumbs
- Pass the steaks on the wheat flour, then on the beaten eggs and the breadcrumbs
- In a frying pan, fry the steaks in hot oil until golden brown
- When removing from skillet, put the steaks on paper towel so that excess fat is absorbed
