Misoshiru
Misoshiru (味噌汁 ,Miso soup) is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called "dashi" into which softened miso paste is mixed. Misoshiru is one of the two basic soup types of Japanese cuisine - the other one is suimono (clear soup).
INGREDIENTS
- Hondashi - 1 dessertspoon
- Water - 5 cups
- Miso (soya paste) - 3 tablespoons
- Tofu (soy cheese) - 1/2, cut into squares
- Chives - little, chopped
- Aji-no-Moto - little
DIRECTIONS
- Join the water and the hondashi and bring to the fire.
- After boil, add the Miso (kneading in a shell), tofu and add Aji-no-Moto. Put out the fire.
- Put the soup in appropriate dishes and sprinkle chives. Serve hot.
