Tamagoyaki
Tamagoyaki (卵焼き or 玉子焼き, literally "grilled egg") is a type of Japanese omelette, which is made by rolling together several layers of cooked egg. These are usually prepared in a rectangular omelette pan called a makiyakinabe.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 to 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Aji-no-Moto to taste
- Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Break 3 to 4 eggs, beat and season with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and Aji in Moto.
- Heat well a T-Fal skillet, anoint with oil, throw 1/3 of the beaten egg, spread across the surface of the skillet.
- When it hardens, fold 2 times, pour another portion of the egg, fold again to the third layer.
- Cut skewed into 7 to 8 slices.
